The position is open to Motion Designers/Editors or Editors/Motion Designers (depending on your personal hierarchical conflicts) who are thoughtful in their planning, conceptual in their thinking, and precise in their craft.   • Understand how to use motion and narrative to create emotional connections
  • Research, conceptualize, and execute design challenges through completion
  • Work on a wide variety of brands that demand different aesthetics
  • Be just as inspired by a 2 sec animated overlay as you are a 5 minute narrative
  • Collaborate closely with other designers, copywriters, and directors


  • Be highly creative and conceptual
  • Be fueled by collaboration and willing to contribute to ideation
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including being able to take initiative and ask questions as needed
  • Be able to think positively and critically about goals, solutions, and feedback.
  • Have time management skills and be able to work within deadlines and budgets
  • Have an interest in social, cultural, and aesthetic themes and trends
  • Have a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere and After Effects) and other industry standard applications


  • Flex strong competencies in story board development, 3D, color grading, and sound design
